Did you know these facts? I sure didn’t till now. Death is certain but the Bible speaks of untimely death. Make a personal reflection about this. Very sobering. Read until the end. It is written in the Bible, Galatians 6:7: “Be not deceived, God is not mocked: for what things a man sow, that also shall he reap.” Here are some men and women who mocked God.
John Lennon, (Singer): “Christianity will end, it will disappear. I don’t have to argue about that. I am certain. Jesus was ok, but His subjects are too simple, today we are more famous than Him.” (1966). Lennon, after saying the Beatles were more famous than Jesus Christ, was shot 6 times!
Tancredo Neves (President of Brazil),: During the presidential campaign, he said if he got 500,000 votes from his party, not even God would remove him from the presidency.” Yes, he got the votes, but he got sick a day before being made president, and then died.
Cazuza (bi-sexual Brazilian composer, singer, poet): During a show in Canecio (Rio de janeiro), while smoking his cigarette, he puffed out some smoke into the air and said, “God, that’s for you!” He died at age 32 of lung cancer in a horrible manner.
The man who built the Titanic, after its construction, a reporter asked him how safe the titanic would be. With an ironic tone he said: “Not even God can sink it!” Notice how these men are blaspheming God. Soon after, the Titanic was sunk. On board was a brave priest who had the option to get off and be saved, but he refused, rather choosing to die in order to minister to the others before they died.
Marilyn Monroe, actress: She was visited by Billy Graham during a presentation of a show. He said that the Spirit of God had sent him to preach to her. After hearing what the preacher had to say, she said, “I don’t need your Jesus!” A week later, she was found dead in her apartment.
Here is an interesting side note on Billy Graham. Jim Shaw, who was initiated into the 33rd degree of the Freemasons, later got out of the Freemasons and wrote a book titled: The Deadly Deception. He speaks of 5 prominent men who were present at his initiation. When the co-author was contacted, he named the 5 men. One of them was Billy Graham. You have to be a freemason to be present at the initiation. The freemasons are anti-Christ. Their Masonic Motherhouse in Washington, D.C. has an altar with an inscription in Hebrew which is an Ode to Lucifer. Their walls have serpents all over it. Remember the serpent in the Garden of Eden? They are a Luciferian organization. Another proof: the Masonic star points downward toward hell, not upwards. One of the masons said, “When the star points upwards, it represents good; when it points downward, it represents evil.” Next time you see the Masonic star, pay attention. If anyone reading this does not believe it, I suggest you read Morals and Dogma by Albert Pike. In it you will find that he speaks favorably of Lucifer. Ron Carlson, a protestant, has a CD on the masons showing they are anti-Christ. Ron says: “If you are a Christian, you have no business being a freemason.!”
Let us move on. Bon Scott (Singer): The ex-vocalist of the AC/DC. On one of his 1979 songs he sang: “Don’t stop me; I’m going down all the way, down the highway to hell.” On the 19th of February, 1980, Bon Scott was found dead. He had been choked by his own vomit. Campinas, in 2005: In Campinas, Brazil a group of friends, drunk, went to pick up a friend. The mother accompanied her to the car and was so worried about the drunkenness of her friends and she said to the daughter while holding her hand, who was already seated in the car:” My
daughter, go with God and may He protect you!” She responded, “Only if He (God) travels in the trunk. Cause inside here…It’s already full!” Hours later, news came by that they had been involved in a fatal accident, everyone had died. The car could not be recognized what type of car it had been, but surprisingly, the trunk was intact! The police said there was no way the trunk could have remained intact. To their surprise,, inside the trunk was a crate of eggs. Not a single egg was broken!
Christine Hewitt (Jamaican Journalist and entertainer) said the Bible was the worst book ever written. In June 2006 she was found dead beyond recognition in her motor vehicle. Many more important people have forgotten that there is no other Name that was given so much authority as the Name of Jesus. Many have died, but ONLY Jesus died and rose again, and He is still alive. Still alive in the Eucharist, for He said, “I am the living bread come down from heaven,” St. John, chap. 6. Not a dead body, not a symbol, but the living Christ.

Prayer for salvation: My Lord Jesus Christ, for the sake of Thy sufferings, grant us such faith, hope, charity, sorrow for our sins, love for prayer and good spiritual reading, and a spirit of sacrifice that will save and sanctify our souls. Amen.

THE POOR MAN AND THE OLD BANKER
One day there was a poor man who went to talk to the banker with a dollar. The old banker had a million dollars in his bank, but he also had dementia and was getting confused easily. When the poor man walked in and asked to talk with the banker, he was soon shown to his office. The poor man wished to make a trade. He asked to trade his one dollar for the million in the bank. At this point the old banker’s dementia kicked in and he was very confused. He did not know at all what he was doing and he made the trade. The poor man walked out a rich man, and the rich man became a pauper. Soon after he was put in an insane asylum.
Now this story seems to be entirely ridiculous, but it is figurative. The poor man represents the good Christian in this world, and the rich man represents the sinner. The poor man, by a little effort, signified by the dollar, saves his soul and obtains an eternal reward, an infinite treasure, signified by the million dollars. Wisdom 7:14. “For she is an infinite treasure to men! Which they that use become the friends of God.” The rich man, through his folly, forgets the command- ments of God, (dementia), gets very confused in his spiritual blindness, thinking he has nothing to worry about, and loses his soul. “There is a way that seemeth just to a man, but the ends thereof lead to death.” Proverbs 14:12. The banker loses eternal happiness in heaven, signified by the million dollars. Is this not what sinners do? They trade eternal heavenly pleasures for a few short earthly pleasures in this life; money, food and drink, drugs, unlawful sexual pleasures which end in less than a 100 years. Yet eternal happiness is billions and billions of years, never ending. Do you think the old banker was guilty of great folly? But what about the sinner? Not only has he lost everything good but will forever be punished for
refusing the good, God wanted to give him, and for which Jesus Christ died? And will not hell be an insane asylum where the sinner who has lost his good spiritual sense will be screaming and gnashing his teeth forever in the “everlasting fire?’ St. Matt. 25:30 and Jude 1:7. St. Anthony Claret said the sinner would be in hell a year for every leaf on every tree in the world. Driving down the road, count the leaves if you can, and reflect on eternity. Let us not forget death, and that we will be judged, and that if we die at enmity with God, we shall go to that horrible place forever. “In all thy works remember thy last end, and thou shalt never sin.” Ecclus.7:40.
If we pray faithfully to God every day to save our soul, He will. But we must do that.

“The devil can twist into a serpent and enter the mouth of the damned and gnaw the sinner’s insides. He can torment the damned as he wishes.” – St. Anthony Claret. There will be a lot of snakes in hell, crawling around everywhere. Ecclesiasticus 10:13, “For when a man shall die, he shall inherit serpents, and beasts, and worms.” Also search “ Screams from Hell” on the internet and read the true story of the Russians discovering hell while doing earth research in the 90’s. Hell is in the bowels of the earth. This was shown to the children of Fatima in 1917 on July 13th by the Blessed Virgin Mary. She opened the earth and they were shown the damned in hell down in the earth. The Blessed Virgin also told Venerable Mary of Agreda that hell was in the bowels of the earth. All this is confirmed in the Book of Numbers, chap.16 when God punished the people opposing Moses, He opened up the earth and they were swallowed alive into hell.
