What are some of the steps to abortion? Let us begin with False and Illicit teaching in schools. Many of the schools are now teaching it is okay to have sex outside of marriage. This is false teaching because sex was designed by God for the procreation of children in marriage. Period! Anything outside of that is illicit. It’s called fornication or adultery when one has sex with another’s spouse. In the first Letter to the Corinthians, 10:8, St. Paul says God killed 23,000 people in one day for the sin of fornication! I would call that pretty serious, wouldn’t you?
When one has relations (sex), with another person outside of marriage, they are taking something that doesn’t belong to them. That’s why it is illicit. When a couple get married, and have relations with one another for the purpose of having children, they are within the bounds that God has established. But when two people come together outside of marriage just for the sake of pleasure, they have gravely offended Almighty God. This holds true also in marriage when couples practice birth control and block God’s purpose out. Fr. John Hardon says that they are also fornicating because they are using it for a sinful purpose. I will give you an analogy. A man and woman get married, buy a farm, the man buys a tractor and plow to plant seeds and grow a garden for his family. Everything is done according to God’s holy will. Another man buys a farm. He goes to a dealer who has tractors. He notices the dealer never takes the key out of his tractors, nor locks them in a fence. So one night he goes and steals a tractor to hook to his plow, plow his ground and plant a garden also. Now he’s doing the same thing the first farmer did, but the problem is, he stole something that didn’t belong to him to do the job. He’s pretty happy he got away with it and he’s enjoying himself on the new tractor as he does his work. Is he eventually going to be punished by God, even if the dealer never finds out? Yes, something will go wrong, even in this life, to correct his conscience. If he does not listen to his conscience, and dies in that state, he will go to hell. Sin has consequences, even in this life. So when a man and woman come together, outside of marriage, they are taking something that doesn’t belong to them. They are stealing from God . Let me explain.
St. Paul says, “You are bought with a great price.” 1 Cor. 6:20. Jesus Christ has paid the price for that soul, including the body it’s contained in. St. Paul goes on to say, “Or know you not, that your members are the temple of the Holy Ghost, who is in you, whom you have from God; and you are not your own?” verse 19. Your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost, and a person sins against the temple of God when they fornicate, thus defiling God’s temple, thus, St. Paul says, “Fly fornication. Every sin that a man doth, is without the body; but he that committeth fornication, sinneth against his own body.’’ Verse 18. So our bodies belong to God, and are his temple, then we go out and defile them, using them for our own ends. Suppose someone stole your new car and went out and totaled it. Would you be angry? So the teaching that it’s okay to have relations outside of marriage is false and illicit. What is worse, this perfidious thing is even being taught to little innocent children, whose minds are not ready for these things. This is against what the Popes have taught, and a very, very grave violation against these little innocent children. The next step is immodesty. Parents are allowing their children to be scantily clad, exposing what should not be seen, and tempting boys and men to lust. St. Paul says the immodest shall not enter the kingdom of God, Gal. 5:19-21, drbo.org. Because if a girl and woman causes a man to lust after her, she has committed a mortal sin. One priest said, “If a woman causes a hundred men to lust after her, she has committed a hundred mortal sins.” There is the sad story of a woman who went to hell mainly for the sin of immodesty. They are quiet as church mice when it comes to instructing, correcting , and warning the people about the dangers of immodest dress. The pastors of the Church are afraid to preach the ‘’out of season gospel.” Woe to them. “Woe is unto me if I preach not the gospel.” “Horribly and speedily will he appear to you: for a most severe judgment shall be for them that bear rule.” Wisdom 6:6.
The third step is lust. A boy or man looks at an immodest female, lusts after her, gets acquainted, then before you know it, they are fornicating. Then, the birth prevention fails, which is unlawful in itself, sold at a quickstop near you, or a superstore like family friendly Walmart, the birth prevention fails, and now we have an innocent little child growing in the womb. An unwanted and unplanned child? What to do? Go get an abortion. The baby is murdered. If it’s not a baby in the womb, why does the Bible call it a child in the womb? ‘’ For behold as soon as the voice of thy salutation sounded in my ears, the infant in my womb leaped for joy.’’ St. Luke 1:44. Leaping with joy it was. All those involved in the killing of this innocent little baby are guilty of murder. Sixty-two million abortions since Roe V Wade. 62,000,000! Our land is covered with innocent blood!

So there are mortal sins involved in immodesty, in lust , in fornication, and in murder of the unborn, and I would even say, in the silence of the ministers because they have chosen to be watchmen for the Lord, and God warns them they must warn the sinner, or answer for his blood, and says, “If you warn him and he does not respond, you have delivered your own soul, meaning, you will save your soul because you did warn warn him. Ezeckiel chapter 3, 18-20. “A time to speak, and a time to be silent, ‘’ the Holy Bible says. A saint once said, “Just as it is a sin to speak when we should be silent, so it is also a sin to be silent when we should speak.’’
Black lives matter. Yes, they certainly do. I’m not racist nor prejudice. I love all people, red lives, white lives, all lives. However, one day at the abortion clinic on 2nd and Market, a black woman and a black man were going in to have an abortion. A man outside said: “Black lives matter. Here you have a black woman and a black man, going in to a black doctor, to kill their black baby!” Where is the outcry on this? This black doctor kills over 3,000 little innocent babies a year, a year! By horrendous, painful, agonizing means, and most people never even give it a thought. As of this week alone, 92 dead babies killed! Did you hear anything about all those murders on the news? No? What are you doing to stop abortion? For Catholics, we should be praying more rosaries (You don’t have to be Catholic to pray the rosary. You can find the rosary on Youtube.), More Masses, more sacrifices, more evangelization, more adoration and Holy Hours. St. Peter Eymard said, “Who is going to save the world? The Saviour of the world. Where is he? In the Blessed Sacrament. Go to him.”
For those who are non-Catholic and wish to know what the Blessed Sacrament is, it is Jesus’ Real Presence in the tabernacles of our churches. When the priest consecrates the bread and wine at Mass, the Holy Ghost changes that into Christ’s real body and blood, and then, if we are in the state of grace, we can receive him in Holy Communion for the life of our souls. That’s how we sustain our spiritual life, and Jesus himself said we would not have life without it. “Amen, amen, I say unto you: Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you shall have no life in you.’’ The next verse he says we will be lifted up on the last day if we sustain our life by doing this, “He that eateth my flesh and drinketh my blood, hath life everlasting, and I will raise him up on the last day.’’ St. John 6:54-55. If we wish to maintain our life and be raised up on the last day, (what the protestants call the rapture), Jesus says we must partake of his flesh and blood in Holy Communion. That’s why the Catholic Church is necessary for salvation, irregardless of bad popes, bad cardinals, bad bishops and priests. After the Mass, some of the Hosts from Holy Communion are put back in the tabernacle. This is how Jesus stays with us until the consummation of the world. “Behold I am with you all days, until the consummation of the world.’’ St. Matt. 28:20. A sanctuary lamp stays lit close to the tabernacle to signify Our Lord’s presence there. So we can actually go and talk to Jesus in Person just like the people who lived in his time.
When our Blessed Mother learned from Our Lord that she would actually be able to receive him into her body again, she was overjoyed. She called Holy Communion ‘’the exquisite gift.’’ Pope John Paul in his encyclical called it, The Inestimable Gift,’’ and we who are Catholics and in the of grace actually have the great honor and privilege to receive him every day for the life of our souls.
